Human Resource Generalist
Assists in administering human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc., to help make recommendations for improvement. Process paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. Key data into HR systems for new hires, compensation changes, job changes, terminations, etc. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits or company policies. Tends to be partially involved in all areas of HR, rather than being an expert or specializing in certain areas. A go to person for employee questions or complaints, which may lead to investigations.
